- EV Two-Wheeler Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & repair EV two-wheelers
- Perform battery testing & troubleshooting
- Conduct periodic maintenance checks
- Maintain spare parts & service logs
- Coordinate with service team for quick resolution
Skills Required:
- Basic 2-wheeler mechanical knowledge
- Electrical troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to learn EV systems
- Safety-first mindset
Preferred:
- Experience with EV bikes/scooters
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical (not mandatory)
- Field Recruiter

- Fresher & Experienced

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit riders/drivers
- Conduct field visits and spot recruitment drives
- Build & maintain a rider pipeline for deployments
- Coordinate with Operations for onboarding
- Maintain hiring reports & daily tracking sheets
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & people-handling skills
- Ability to travel for on-field recruitment
- Basic documentation & reporting ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred:
- Field hiring experience (not mandatory for freshers)
- Knowledge of local areas & sourcing channels
- Experience hiring delivery riders (Zepto, Zomato, etc.) is a plus & BTL activity experience is an advantage
